The Law, You and Us

We clear your path through the endless jargon and unforseen complexities

The Law in almost any aspect can quickly become confusing by endless jargon and unforseen complexities that seem to make even the most simple of matters a daunting prospect. This is not the experience we want you to have when you choose to have us work for you.

We will take the time to explain clearly and concisely in easy to understand terms everything you need to know so that when decisions need to be made you can be clear about how you wish to proceed.

Our solicitors are all highly regarded for the quality of our services, not only by leading legal directories, but more importantly by our clients and that is because it is the people that matter.

How we can help you

The following provides the briefest overview of what we do and how we can help you and if you have any questions please do contact us.

Business Immigration

Our Private and Business Immigration Department is able to provide services to both migrant workers looking to enter and work in the United Kingdom, and to businesses requiring our services to assist them in the process of obtaining a sponsorship licence and certificates of sponsorship in order to employ migrant workers to enhance their business and meet their business needs.

Challenging Search Warrants

The firm has a long history of representing clients at all stages of the criminal justice process. If you have had a search warrant issued against you - from police warrants on domestic premises to NCA warrants on big businesses, we may be able to help you in assessing (and potentially challenging) the legality of the warrant.

Challenging Surveillance

Such actions are time-limited so it is essential that you call our offices immediately (as soon as you become aware of the surveillance) to ensure suitable action can be taken on your behalf. If you discover that you or your business have been subject to surveillance we may be able to help you in assessing (and potentially challenging) the legality of the surveillance carried out on you.

Closure Orders

We have an unsurpassed record in defending applications for Closure Orders and are able to represent anyone with an interest in the premises that are the subject of an application for a Closure Order. Where appropriate we can also represent clients on legal aid and our solicitors were responsible for the three leading cases in this rapidly changing and developing area of law.

Criminal Defence

At any one time we are representing defendants charged with complex or serious crimes and our Kaim Todner division is a member of the Specialist Fraud Panel. However, our representation spans all kinds of criminal allegations and we act for clients at all levels of the criminal process from the Magistrate's Court through to the Supreme Court and into Europe.

There are several options for those seeking to remove a red notice and we can help you with by explaining the various options in details and determining which route best suits your circumstances.
